Obsolescent

A Problem is identified in the beginning.
There are a few Thinkers.
The Thinkers work hard and finds a Solution.
Now the Problem is Solved.

The Solution is flawless. It is perfect. It works. 
The Solution is handed over to the Beginners.
The Beginners follow the solution and hands it over to the ones following them.

Now, the Followers are neither like the Beginners nor the Thinkers.
They follow this Solution religiously.
They follow it so blindly that they dont even understand the very purpose of the Solution.

By now, the Problem has already evolved and the Solution does not work anymore. 

There are few Thinkers among the Followers.
The new Thinkers realize that the Solution does not work at any level.
It is absolutlely useless and a Glorious waste of time and energy.

The new problem causes chaos. 
The Thinkers warn the Followers. 
But the Followers do not understand. They do not want to understand.
The Followers cannot let go of the Solution. It was passed on to them by their ancestors. They are sentimentally attached to the obsolete Solution.

The Thinkers due to their minority are easily suppressed by the Followers. 

The Solution is there. 
The Problem is still there. 

Now Let me ask you.

What was the problem?!
